Kimpton is home to a group of boutique hotels focusing on unique personal touches. This concept for their loyalty program tracks guest participation and provides services with one click. Our team developed the strategy and design for one of Kimpton’s first digital apps.

The app engages guests with freebies, discounts and personalization. Instead of having to call downstairs for things like room service and concierge, it also allows you to do it right from your phone.
Karma is earned by booking stays, dining, and sharing on social media. Guests move their way up in levels to gain tangible rewards and ultimately a free night at a Kimpton Hotel.

The app also allows guests to charge items to their room by using NFC technology.
